It includes:

• Safety advice and technical monitoring of emergency call devices
• The ability to raise the alarm by landline, smartphone, emergency call device and home technology
• A key safe for rapid access in an emergency

You can subscribe to bonacasa’s 24-hour emergency call service even if you don’t live in one of our apartments. For more information, just call our service line.

Our bonacasa properties are optimised for access by the emergency services. Our advanced rescue concept and electronic key safe mean that emergency services personnel can reach someone in need as quickly as possible, saving precious time and enabling reliable, discrete assistance.
