Zur Überbauung gehört zusätzlich eine Einstellhalle.

Um eine nachhaltige Bauweise zu sichern, wurde im Sunnehof ein Wärmeverbund auf Basis von Holzenergie gewählt. So wurden alle Wohngebäude nach modernsten ökologischen Grundsätzen erstellt und der Minergie-Standard konsequent umgesetzt.
