Our tried and tested 24-hour emergency call centre offers you peace of mind around the clock and you can subscribe from anywhere in Switzerland, even if you don’t live in a bonacasa development. In an emergency, all you need to do is call us on a landline, a smartphone or an emergency call device with a wristband. Our medically trained specialists are standing by to help you, whatever the time, day or night.

The emergency call service includes:

• Call acceptance and initial action
• Raising the alarm with local emergency services
• Alerting or notifying your relatives or friends (if you wish)
• Telephone support until the assistance arrives
• Encrypted storage of your personal data
• Advice on emergency call devices (devices not included)
• Installing and setting up emergency call devices (based on a personal quotation)

Home Cleaning

Our professional cleaners clean your home just the way you like it.

Laundry Service

We provide a speedy, professional washing, cleaning and ironing service. We collect your laundry and return it to you clean, and perfectly ironed if you wish. We can launder your bed linen and curtains as well as your clothes.

Holiday Service

Whether you’re going away on holiday or business, you can leave your home in bonacasa’s good, trustworthy hands.

The bonacasa holiday service includes:

• Regular home checks
• Airing
• Watering plants
• Collecting mail from your letterbox

On request:

• Packing service
• Railway station and airport transfers, including baggage check-in
• Filling your refrigerator with fresh groceries ready for when you return.
