Q34 in Burgdorf
At the Steinhof site in Burgdorf, rental and freehold apartments are planned according to the bonacasa smart living concept - i. e. barrier-free living space with intelligent building technology and optional, callable services.
Contemporary small apartments with 1.5 to 2.5 rooms will be realized, which are especially designed for the needs of singles, students and seniors. In addition, high-quality 3.5 room apartments are built for couples, small families and shared flats.
The planning work is underway and construction is scheduled to start in 2020.
As the project is still in the planning phase, no documents and prices are available at the moment. The brochures and price lists will be available at the start of construction and will then be mailed to all registered interested parties.
