Housing with services at our Suurstoffi new-build project for Zug Estates

The Zug Estates Group is building a pedestrianised district in the Suurstoffi area near Rotkreuz ZG station, which will accommodate some 1,500 residents and 2,500 workplaces. This pioneering, multi-stage project will complete in 2017. The housing concept, with over 160 homes, is impressive in terms of its high-quality materials and mix of floorplans.

bonacasa has been commissioned to implement housing with services for the entire project. Residents of the development will be able to order services using a Suurstoffi-branded bonacasa app as well as via the bonacasa service line. The service provision logistics will be based on bonacasa’s service management platform. bonacasa will provide on-site living services and the 24-hour emergency call service via its own service organisation, and is also working with local service providers integrated in the overall offering. To guarantee round-the-clock ambulance response in medical emergencies, Zug Estates has also incorporated bonacasa’s electronic key safe for enhanced safety.

The Suurstoffi development is an appealing, convenient place to live for every generation, from professional working couples to students, families, seniors and singles, with appropriate bonacasa living services. bonacasa is implementing a white label solution so that Zug Estates can establish its own brand presence in housing with services, setting itself apart from competitors and achieving a positive marketing impact.
